Trainer

I rode my bike for the first time on my trainer since it has been tuned up and is ready to ride.  I finally think all of the kinks are ironed out.  I am excited to build up endurance in this area and even more excited to get outside.  It is still pretty chilly in Minneapolis, but I think summer is around the corner so I am hoping to start riding my bike to work 2-3 days a week.  I think it would be a good way to wake up and to wind down and gas is crazy right now so saving in that area would be an added bonus!

Since I started training for this triathlon I have noticed my endurance has increased by a considerable amount.  I expected this, but last weekend when I ran 6 miles for the first time in my life, held a strong pace, and didn’t feel like I needed to stop at the end it really sank in.
